Berkshire Natural Partners With YMCA of the North Shore to Offer Healthier Snacks

Berkshire Natural announces the installation of their healthy vending machines in three new locations of the YMCA of the North Shore (http://www.northshoreymca.org/) in an effort to make healthy and delicious snack alternatives available in more YMCAs. Berkshire Natural, a Massachusetts based healthy snack and beverage distribution company services all of New England. It completed the installation of healthy vending machines on December 11th in the Salem, Beverly, and Ipswich YMCA locations, adding to the Cape Ann YMCA in Gloucester.

“As part of our mission to promote healthy living, we are excited to offer healthy snack alternatives in our local YMCAs,” says Scott Hitchcock, Chief Operating Officer of the YMCA of the North Shore. “By partnering with Berkshire Natural, we know that our vending machines will feature organic, natural products that complement our mission and goals, while offering the best nutritional value.”

Products provided by Berkshire Natural contain no trans fats, no high-fructose corn syrup, no artificial flavors or colors and are frequently sourced from New England companies and organic sources.
